Pensiamo a connettivit\u00e0 e telematica in costante ascesa, destinate a far evolvere drasticamente la relazione con i clienti. Pensiamo anche alla variabile dell\u2019elettrificazione destinata a portare con s\u00e9 ripercussioni importanti in abitazioni, uffici, istituzioni, reti viarie e citt\u00e0. Pensiamo al crescente ventaglio di servizi intorno alla commercializzazione di veicoli che crea una costellazione di opzioni di prospezione e di relazione, unite a una ridefinizione della catena di margini per gli operatori. Non tralasciamo di guardare all\u2019ingrandimento del perimetro di competenze necessarie al presidio di prodotti, servizi e flussi di informazioni e relazioni. Per non parlare poi dell\u2019intensificazione della componente digitale che attraversa l\u2019intero set di attivit\u00e0 e processi. Tutta questa amplificazione deve spingere ciascun operatore ad ampliare il perimetro della propria prospettiva per ripensare la propria
